SGI Head Office Occupational Health & Safety Committee

The SGI Head Office Occupational Health and Safety Committee has a vacancy and we are looking for members who have an interest to contact us.

The role of the Committee is to address workplace occupational health and safety issues and find solutions to resolve them. That may include contacting the Department of Labour Occupational Health and Safety Division to conduct air quality tests, measure air velocity, humidity, respond to ergonomic concerns or a wide variety of issues.

For those who may be interested, you will receive training on your role and responsibilities and we would recommend that you attend the Saskatchewan Federation of Labour Annual Conference to broaden your knowledge.  Please contact us by responding to Patti Harris at cope397@sasktel.net.
